People’s Bank Job Vacancies – January 2026 (Sri Lanka)
People’s Bank, one of Sri Lanka’s leading state-owned commercial banks, has officially announced new job vacancies for January 2026. These recruitments are aimed at strengthening the bank’s digital banking and operational services across the island.
📌 Available Positions – January 2026
Chief Manager – Digital Banking
Role: Head of Digital Banking
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage digital delivery platforms including Mobile Banking, Internet Banking, Digital Wallets, Self-Service Channels and other innovative digital solutions.
• Develop and implement digital banking strategies aligned with the bank’s long-term vision.
• Oversee digital product development, system integration, and performance optimization.
Qualifications:
Candidates should possess strong experience in digital banking strategy, digital product management, IT transformation, and leadership at a senior level.
⚠️ Important Note: Additional vacancies such as IT Officers, Banking Assistants, Customer Service Officers, Clerical Staff, and other technical roles may also be available depending on People’s Bank internal recruitment requirements.
