Granting of Special Leave during the Ramadan (Ramazan) Season 2026

The Ministry of Public Administration, Provincial Councils and Local Government has issued Circular No. 03/2026 regarding the granting of special leave to Muslim public officers during the holy month of Ramadan (Ramazan) 2026.

This circular provides official guidelines for granting special leave to enable religious observances and prayers during the Ramadan season for eligible public sector employees in Sri Lanka.
